Throughout my career, I have served in executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vice President of Finance & Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer, Deputy CEO, and Fractional C-Suite executive, leading finance, operations, HR, compliance, IT, Grant Management, and risk management for mission-driven organizations.

I have served on State and local Government Boards and served as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee for a voter-approved special taxing district with an annual budget exceeding $200 million dedicated to improving outcomes for at-risk children and families across South Florida.

A central pillar of my professional work has been advocating for the well-being of at-risk children and marginalized communities. I firmly believe that the social determinants of health — including economic stability, access to education, healthcare, quality housing, and safe neighborhoods — are among the most powerful forces shaping the life outcomes of vulnerable populations. My Fractional Executive Leadership work is deeply informed by this understanding, helping non-profit organizations design programs and allocate resources that directly address these root-cause inequities.

For the past fourteen years, I have also served as an Adjunct Business Professor at Miami Dade College, the largest community college in the United States. In this role, I teach courses in strategic planning, ethics, leadership, human resources, and business management. This long-standing academic engagement reflects my ability to understand educational programming, workforce development pathways, and community-based capacity building — all essential tools in closing the opportunity gap for underserved communities.
