All SMCGI flat-fee engagements are governed by a written agreement. Key terms are summarized below.
Invoicing & Payment
Flat monthly fees are invoiced at the start of each monthly period with Net 15 payment terms. A written agreement is required before commencement. Fees are fixed for the agreed term.
Grant Eligibility
SMCGI fees are generally eligible as capacity-building or organizational development expenses under nonprofit funder guidelines. Detailed invoices support grant reporting and reimbursement.
Scope & Add-Ons
Each tier covers a defined monthly scope. Project work beyond the monthly scope is quoted separately as a fixed project fee, agreed in writing before work begins.
Custom Arrangements
Special pricing is available based on your organization's needs and budget — including combined CFO + CHRO bundles, sliding-scale considerations, and multi-year agreements.
Cancellation Policy
Flat-fee engagements require 30 days written notice to cancel or adjust. Completed monthly periods are invoiced in full. Adjustments take effect the following billing cycle.
Confidentiality
All client information, financial records, and organizational data shared with SMCGI is treated as strictly confidential. Consultants are bound by written confidentiality agreements.
