I am pleased to submit my interest in serving as the Women's Education Project's Fractional Chief Financial Officer. As Founder and Principal Consultant of Synergy Management Consulting Group, Inc. (SMCGI), I have dedicated my career to helping nonprofit organizations strengthen financial stewardship, improve organizational effectiveness, and position themselves for sustainable growth.

What particularly interests me about Women's Education Project is your commitment to empowering young women through education and your ambitious 2026–2028 Strategic Plan. Organizations entering a growth and scaling phase require strong financial leadership to ensure that strategic goals are supported by sound financial planning, transparent reporting, effective resource allocation, and strong governance practices. These are areas where I have successfully supported nonprofit organizations throughout my career.

My Fractional Executive Leadership practice currently provides Fractional CFO, Human Resources, Operations Management, Compliance, and Organizational Effectiveness services to nonprofit organizations. I have extensive experience working with grant-funded organizations, managing restricted and unrestricted funding, supporting annual audits, developing financial policies and procedures, strengthening internal controls, and providing executive leadership teams and boards with meaningful financial insights for decision-making.

With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit financial management and executive leadership, I have served in senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy CEO, Chief Administrative Officer, and Vice President of Finance and Human Resources. My experience includes strategic financial planning, budget development, grant management, audit preparation, internal controls, board reporting, cash flow forecasting, compliance oversight, and organizational capacity building.
