Engagement Terms
Invoicing & Commitment
Flat monthly fees are invoiced at the start of each monthly period with Net 15 terms. A minimum three-month commitment is recommended to ensure continuity and meaningful organizational integration.
Tier Transitions
Organizations may move between tiers at the start of any monthly cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades require 30 days' written notice. Unused hours do not carry over.
Custom & Combined Engagements
Combined CFO + CHRO engagements, multi-year agreements, and sliding-scale considerations are available on a case-by-case basis. Custom arrangements are scoped during the discovery process.
